Project Name: OPEN EYES PROJECT

Service: Social Media Management + Strategic Virtual Assistance

Initial Situation
The brand needed to strengthen its presence on Instagram and increase visibility for its website and travel experiences. It also required organizational support to update informational materials and develop personalized guides for clients.

What Was Done?
Strategic social media posts were designed in alignment with the brand’s message and values, focused on communicating its travel experiences and unique value proposition. At the same time, digital administrative support was provided to update existing guides and create new versions in Spanish and English tailored to personalized travel experiences.

Results Achieved
The brand achieved greater digital exposure, more structured content, and updated informational materials that facilitate communication with potential travelers.

Project Name: LICDA. BRENICE SALAS

Service: Strategic Social Media Management + Content Creation + Monthly Planning

Initial Situation
The brand did not have an Instagram presence. It was necessary to create the profile from scratch, structure its digital identity, and establish a coherent communication strategy that reflected professionalism and built trust.

What Was Done?
The account was fully developed and managed: profile optimization, photo selection and editing, creation of graphic pieces and videos, design of strategic posts, and monthly content planning aligned with the brand’s professional values and services.

Results
The brand strengthened its digital presence, projected a consistent professional image, and achieved greater visibility and attraction of potential clients through structured and strategic content.

Project Name: PURA VIDA COSTA RICAN RESTAURANT

Service: New Menu Design + Social Media Management + Optimization of Commercial Materials

Initial Situation
The restaurant needed to strengthen its brand image and improve the presentation of its visual and promotional materials. It also required social media content that reflected its gastronomic identity and attracted new customers.

What Was Done?
Business cards were designed in alignment with the business’s visual identity, social media content was planned and created for one month, and the restaurant’s menu was redesigned, optimizing its structure, visual organization, and clarity for customers.

Results
The brand improved its visual presentation, communicated its gastronomic proposal more clearly, and strengthened its digital and commercial presence, generating a more professional and cohesive image.
